Eligibility
Anthoria coaches are practitioners, not just enthusiasts. Our assessment is designed to find people with real depth to share.
Professional experience in AI, machine learning, or a closely related technology field
Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to a non-expert audience
At least one format of prior teaching, coaching, or content creation experience
Commitment to publish and maintain quality course content on the platform
A verifiable professional profile (LinkedIn, GitHub, published work, or equivalent)

The Agreement
As part of the application you'll digitally sign our Coach Partnership Agreement. Here are the key terms — no surprises.
40% coach / 60% platform revenue split on all course sales
You retain full ownership of your course content
Monthly payouts within 14 business days, minimum USD 50
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
